UCF only collects sensitive information (e.g., tax identification, credit card data, etc.) via a secure link, and the data is encrypted and communicated securely. An encrypted connection can be verified by looking for an icon of a closed padlock in your web browser. Alternatively, this can be verified by observing “HTTPS” at the beginning of the web page address. UCF provides best effort to ensure the safety of the users on the website, however, it is the responsibility of the website user to ensure that the connection is encrypted prior to entering sensitive information.
